🧳 事件经过 | Incident Description
当日上午，本人乘坐朋友驾驶的 Tesla 车辆，从 Irvine 出发准备返回国内。出发前，我们已确认后备箱关闭。
行驶途中，后备箱内两件最大号银灰色新秀丽 Samsonite 硬壳行李箱意外滑落。
由于车流量大，一位印度先生曾做手势示意，我们误以为是让车让道，遂加速离开。抵达 Chino Hills 区域时才发现行李遗失。
我们立即折返多次寻找，朋友家人也沿途协助搜寻，但未找到。随后已向警方报案（案件已备案）。截至目前，行李仍下落不明。
On the morning of 11/7 2025, I was a passenger in a Tesla vehicle driven by a friend, departing from Irvine to Los Angeles before my flight to China. Before departure, the trunk was properly closed.
During the drive on the I-5 freeway (Santa Ana section), two large silver-gray Samsonite hard-shell suitcases accidentally fell out of the trunk.
Because of heavy traffic, a man in another car gestured to us, but we misunderstood and continued driving. When we reached Chino Hills, we realized the luggage was missing.
We immediately returned to search multiple times, and family also helped look along the route, but could not find the items. A police report has been filed.
